A well-formed bug report gets answered faster. Rough checklist when you write in:

  • + Your ATLAS version — visible in Settings → About inside the app
  • + Your operating system — Windows 10/11, macOS 12+, or your Linux distribution
  • + What you were doing — the sequence of clicks or actions that led to the issue
  • + What you expected vs. what happened — screenshots or logs welcome

A few business days, usually faster.

Uncharted Works is a solo studio. Expect a reply within a few business days, often faster. If you haven't heard back in a week, assume the email got lost and send again.
